I served as manager and lead ISD technologist within LM Virtual World Labs, a part of the Global Logistics and Training division of LM. I implemented Instructional System Design duties, including designed serious-gaming based scenario training in Virtual Reality environments. I successfully managed a staff of 4 instructional designers, as well as carrying out Systems Engineering functions for integration of programmers, artists, and SMEs inputs. I designed and developed virtual world training experiences using gaming engines such as Unreal and Unity for British Petroleum Liquid Natural Gas facility, US Air Force MC-130 Cockpit Checklist Trainer, ICESTORM Virtual Hospital of the Future, and the Fleet Ballistic Missile Component Replacement Trainer.
