I have been fortunate enough to partner with these companies to build passionate and high-performing teams while utilizing the most innovative search methodologies, social recruiting techniques, and recruiting strategies. It’s all about identifying the right candidate for the right company, and the right position at the right time.I am highly competitive and have a thirst for knowledge while continually striving to be better than I was yesterday…I take what I do very seriously (but still have fun). I understand that every time I engage with someone, I am asking them to put their trust in me to help guide them through a potentially life-changing decision.After 20 years of agency/contract recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition for some of the world’s most cutting-edge technology companies, I took a leap of faith and joined Zscaler as a full-time employee almost 7 years ago. I have had an amazing journey with Zscaler, recruiting for one of the most exciting and disruptive, high-growth, cloud security companies on the planet. We grew from 400 employees to over 5,500 employees, and revenue grew from under $50M to over $1.1 Billion in ARR and I loved every minute of it.
