The company was a Salesforce SI partner and ISV for the Salesforce AppExchange featuring the apps: ActionGrid, Secure Mass Update and Campaign Member Loader. CRMCulture and the ActionGrid application were acquired by Conga in April-2016. At acquisition CRMCulture employed 52 people with headquarters in Boulder, Colorado and offices in Chicago, San Diego, and Irvine. We implemented and coached customers to have a "CULTURE" of customer relationship management and lean business processes that focus on generating good customer profits through superior customer experience management. During that same period we developed the Pivotal Productivity Pack add-on and Pivotal SmartPhone app both of which were acquired by Aptean (parent company of Pivotal CRM) in July-2015.
