Promoted to Legal Assistant, I worked closely with the Deputy, 14 attorneys, and 7 Immigration Judges, managing documentation needs for over 200 cases daily, including documentation recovery, interfacing with the National Records Center, and file preparation. I also trained other Legal Assistants in the office on communication expectations, best practices, and documentation requirements. I also served as the main point of contact for various external parties, such as the General Services Administration, respondent attorneys, building engineers, federal building guards, and administrative teams.

As Mail and File Clerk, I developed and maintained a comprehensive case foundation for 60 attorneys and 50 Immigration Judges during immigration court proceedings. This involved ensuring efficient and organized access to necessary materials and research aids. I also assisted with the management of the docket calendar by tracking and locating corresponding A-files and bundling files for assigned attorneys and judges based on the date and time of scheduled hearings. Additionally, I provided essential support in a legal office, offering basic assistance to attorneys and judges in their day-to-day operations.

As Veterans Claims Assistant, I was responsible for serving as the main point of contact for over 100 veterans, helping them with their VA health benefits claims, retiree compensation and pension plans, and other benefits programs. I worked closely with the claims management team to resolve any issues and expedite the claim process. I also analyzed veterans' claims and personal data to ensure they were processed accurately according to V.A./Federal guidelines.

Promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, I was responsible for managing all vehicle operations and personnel management for a team of over 90 employees. This included tasks such as inventory management, sign-out procedures, issuing gas cards, distributing keys, and responding to inquiries. Additionally, I supervised a USPS postal courier team, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing mail was processed and delivered on time

As Mail Carrier, I was responsible for managing the sorting and organizing of mail and packages for delivery. I made sure to maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process. Additionally, I delivered mail and packages to both residential and business addresses on my assigned route.

As Support Specialist, I provided support for various technical and administrative tasks on a daily basis. This included troubleshooting any issues that arose, keeping records and documentation, and creating reports. I also had the responsibility of diagnosing problems and finding solutions or workarounds to resolve them.
