-Planned and conducted weekly professional development sessions for 30 Student Managers as part of the Student Employment Team. Some of my notable sessions include the importance of mentoring, quantifying your experience, and a Gender and Sexuality Inclusion Training. The latter was the first such training ever offered to student employees at Marquette University.-Lead a team of 11 Student Managers in promoting and implementing Battle of Department competitions and service events for the AMU's 500+ student employees. I encouraged creativity in event ideas, one of which lead to a Marketing Assistant creating an AMU-themed Monopoly Board for a game night.-Collaborated with and mentored Programming Assistants to create campus-wide Trivia, Bingo Nights, and other special events with 150 person average attendance.-Interviewed Student Manager candidates with the SEP Team and communicate our findings to AMU supervisors.-Advised the 6 students on the Winter Flurry Planning Committee on programming ideas for the annual week of events to kick off the spring semester.

-Provided feedback and guidance for students' summer internship reflections via email and phone.-Reviewed resumes of Marquette University College of Business Administration undergraduate and graduate students through email and in-person appointments.-Benchmarked BCC services and provided recommendations by researching 11 different institutions with business-specific career services.-Collaborated with BCC leadership to mentor students in their job searches by helping them brainstorm prospective companies and industries.

-Tutored and mentored 4th grade students at the Orchard Gardens K-8 Pilot School in Roxbury in the following areas: English literacy, Math, writing, and behavior through in-classroom small group and one-on-one interventions-Helped students with homework and MCAS exam studying in a 4-person group after school-Lead Starfish Corps Extended Day Program where I conducted, wrote lesson plans for and facilitated the after school enrichment activities that engage student learning and community in a fun and active way-Positive School Climate (PSC) team member. Plan in-school events for 200+ students; collaborate with other City Year sites for event ideas. Lead a team of 14 Corps Members to conduct in school events

Worked with the client to accommodate capacity and shipping needs.

Utilized study abroad experience to assist the Alliance in recruitment on Northeastern's campus.Mentored students interested in the SUFE Shanghai program through one-on-one meetings and orientation programs.

-Created and revised Excel models to have a better understanding of actual vs. forecasted Client Services hours, across all ranks and accounts.-Utilized SharePoint to update our contractor database; entered in new contracts and missing information from existing contracts.-Analyzed accounts in Salesforce to determine whether the staffing on file was up to date.-Assisted in the intern recruiting process by aiding to screen candidates, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and set up orientation for a new summer intern program; utilized Jobvite recruiting tool in the process.
