In this role I work with our clients across the asset management and financial services industry, with a particular focus on content development and distribution. In addition to building relationships with financial journalists, I also work with clients to conceive, develop, produce, curate and distribute appealing thought leadership and investment insight.

As a senior editor at Forbes I led the organization's coverage of financial markets and helped to develop, report and edit stories for the Investing section of Forbes magazine. Among the major projects I led or contributed to were the Global 2000 annual list of the world's largest companies, the Just 100 list of America's Best Corporate Citizens, annual.

In the midst of a challenging time for the financial media, I took over a lead role running all Markets coverage on Forbes.com and increasing my contributions to Forbes Magazine. In particular I wrote profiles of fund managers and financial executives for magazine issues including the twice-annual Investment Guide.

This position gave me a front-row seat to the greatest financial and economic meltdown since the Great Depression. In the frenzied days of 2007-2009 I wrote daily market reports as well as longer-form pieces for Forbes.com and Forbes Magazine, tracking the Wall Street bust, stock market collapse and Great Recession.

As a journalism major in college with limited exposure or interest in the financial industry, this position gave me a crash course. I quickly learned about all aspects of financial reporting as I covered dealmaking and dealmakers in the healthcare industry and developed critical interviewing, writing and editing skills.
