As a District Vice President at YMCA of Greater Toledo, I am a servant leader with a passion for building the best organizational staff teams and helping them reach their full potential. I have over 20 years of experience in executive roles at various YMCA branches, where I have developed strengths in staff recruitment, financial development and management, strategic planning, community engagement, and fundraising. I am also a certified YMCA Organizational Leader, which demonstrates my commitment to the YMCA's core values of faith, caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.In my current role, I oversee a $14,979,00 budget with 6 facility operations, including a nationally competitive gymnastics center and 3 outdoor pools. I have 19 direct reports and I am responsible for leadership, training, and development of over 425 staff. I also build relationships with key community stakeholders, such as business leaders, school leaders, and elected officials, to foster collaboration and resource development. My mission is to empower and inspire our staff and members to achieve their goals and make a positive difference in their lives and communities.
