Founded in 1974, Quincy Recycle solves waste stream problems for manufacturers and other industrial suppliers. A relentless focus on solving waste stream problems for manufacturers has fueled our growth. Currently we have seven locations in five Midwestern states, we also have a network of partners across the United States that allows us to help companies from coast to coast. We recycle and broker paper, plastics, and food waste, and buy and sell gaylord boxes. We also provide related services including secure destruction of documents, hard drives, and other sensitive materials.

Cedar Rapids & Waterloo, Iowa Area

-Owned all aspects of running a $46MM revenue generating facility including: planning and forecasting financials, forecasting all product availability, budgeting and controlling costs, facility and equipment upgrades, growing profitability, developing and executing training programs, increasing employee engagement and workplace satisfaction for 90+ team members through elevated communication programs to ensure we broke down as many roadblocks as possible in order to achieve our business and people results.-Growing business results in key customers like Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart, Fareway, Casey’s, and Independent Store Owners through developing customer relationships and forming lasting partnerships, developing and customizing customer specific sales and marketing programs, and continually developing and empowering the sales and support team members to ensure we provide world class customer service day in day out.-Established and developed community involvement activities including: Partners in Education programs with Grant Wood Elementary and Orange Elementary. -Over 5 years of experience leading and developing, both of the Large & Small Format territory sales teams within the Greater Kansas City market, which encompassed over 1,000 accounts and 15 sales professionals.-Extensive experience selling to and developing relationships with Directors & Owners of multiple grocery accounts i.e. Hy-Vee, Price Chopper, Wal-Mart and convenience store accounts i.e. QT, Casey’s. Experience as the Key Account Manager working with the Associated Wholesale Grocers groups helping them develop sales and marketing strategies to grow sales results.
