My name is Steve Sy and I co-founded HSS Services, a 3rd party medical billing and practice management solutions business, in 1984. When I was a kid, back in The Philippines, my Dad was a Doctor. As a teenager, you could find me going door-to-door collecting bills. I learned collections by doing it, time and time again.I went to college and soon after, began working in a hospital where I learned not just collections, but the entire realm of the healthcare industry, including negotiating insurance rates, claims processing and more.Then, once in the United States, I created HSS Services to support multiple medical groups and physicians with outsourced (3rd party) medical billing management and practice management solutions.
