Led consulting engagements for public sector clients with a focus on meeting contract objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. Principally responsible for customer satisfaction within a portfolio of healthcare system customers implementing the MobileMD Health Information Exchange (HIE) product. Oversight of multiple project teams from initiation through contract closure. Development of project charters and other key documentation, review of project deliverables, facilitation of on-site kickoffs and delivery of targeted strategic consulting to enable customers to fully leverage the capabilities of the MobileMD HIE. Other responsibilities include:• Training and coaching new account managers and other members of the operations team (e.g. project managers, consultants). Areas of instruction include training on MobileMD product capabilities, internal processes, meaningful use requirements, project management methodology and stakeholder management skills.• Serving as a liaison to other groups within Cerner / Siemens Health Services for coordination of delivery across the entire portfolio of Siemens products to reduce resource contention and duplication of effort.• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives as a member of the implementation methodology work stream. This effort included documentation of existing processes, identification of process improvement opportunities and development of strategies to decrease implementation times and reduce costs.

Led and supported multiple projects in the information management practice. Delivered direct client work, managed proposal efforts, and mentored junior consultants. • Led the development of a SharePoint-based audit management system. The new solution leveraged SharePoint Enterprise features and was heavily customized to provide auditors with efficient access to audit documents and data. Directed requirements gathering, design, implementation and testing activities, supported by a small team of developers and a business analyst. Also responsible for directing ongoing PMO activities and served as the primary point of client contact.*Led a business process analysis and improvement project for a division of a not-for-profit organization. The project consisted of analysis of current operations, definition of an optimal future state, and a fit-gap analysis. The final result of the project was a proposed set of initiatives designed to close identified gaps and lead to more effective and efficient operations. * Supported the acquisition of a department-wide ECM system for a federal government client. Participated in requirements collection, vendor capability demonstration planning and internal marketing efforts.* Worked with a team of consultants to design a Microsoft Sharepoint-based system to facilitate the tracking of government sponsored medical research. Documented existing business processes. Participated in the collection of functional requirements. Served as a Microsoft Sharepoint technical resource.* Worked with a small team of consultants to develop a Microsoft SharePoint solution for a government grant program. The system was designed to streamline the application process and track several hundred million dollars of disbursements.

Served as a project lead on software systems integration efforts involving remittance and forms processing. Responsibilities included requirements gathering, system design and coordination of implementation and training activities.
