As Product Manager, I'm responsible for all forms of payment at Dutch Bros. I was the project sponsor and leader for the initiative to replace the out-of-date payment systems across the 800-store footprint. This company-wide, cross-functional effort involved a full-scale change of payment processor, payment gateway, and payment hardware, as well as new integrations with the Point-of-Sale.o Coordinated development of new technologies (including QA and UAT) between both POS and payment hardware providers to best meet the company’s unique drive-thru needs, with an emphasis on how it affected Dutch Bros employees and the customer experience.o Worked with disparate teams to ensure PCI and SOX compliance.o Stood up processes to track success metrics to determine product wins and losses.o Managed contractors to enhance team bandwidth and ensure on-time delivery of team output.o Regularly reported project progress directly to Dutch Bros’ CTO and CFO.

Responsible for delivery of enhancements and projects to the company’s proprietary, designed-and-maintained-in-house system. User acceptance testing, user interrogation, workflow comprehension, development prioritization, and precise communication were all vital skills for this role. o Completed over 150 unique projects, ranging from small developments to multiyear projects. These include changes in how the system processes orders—a fundamental restructure—to quality-of-life enhancements. o Prioritized projects to optimize IT bandwidth, ensuring the most important development was completed first.o Developments saved thousands of hours of work for end-users. o Led user training sessions to instruct end-users on how to best use the developed products.o Handled reporting for the Product Management department's priorities and delivery on user requests. o Utilized Jira to track project delivery.

Owned the product development lifecycle of enhancements and projects to the Workforce Management System, a mobile application used by over 12,000 installation technicians across Dish’s workforce. o Designed and implemented new fulfillment platform that allowed DISH to offer fulfillment services for Fortune 200 entities (Samsung, Sears), unlocking millions of dollars in revenue for the company. o Liaised with members of Product, In-Home Services, BI and Sales to gather requirements and provide guidance on completion of projects. o Participated in daily stand up and maintained weekly sprint activities via Rally to monitor progress.

Provided Vendor Analysis for the Media Sales team, determining the functional needs of the Media Sales department and how the vendor could enhance their product to better meet these needs. Drafted Request for Proposal for a Yield Management System that could optimize Dish’s inventory of available commercials across its linear and addressable advertising platforms.
