• Initially employed as a customer engineer, I progressed quickly to senior engineer and became "the go-to guy" for troubleshooting, break/fix, site recovery, project delivery, SLA handovers, holiday and sickness cover.

• Founder member and 50% of the management team of Milton Keynes live music act Them 'n' Er. As well as filling the rhythm guitarist role, I am co-songwriter and have full or shared responsibility for all aspects of band.
• Placed in the top 5 of MonKeyVision Song Contest 2009 finalists with our original song "It's OK", which I co-wrote and performed;
• Building from scratch internet audiences on multiple platforms generating 130,000+ views;
• Awarded YouTube accolade "Most Played Musician" achieving #36 and #56 worldwide following upload of footage of our 2 most recent live performances.

• Reporting to the Operations Manager, my role was to lead the 2nd line support and administrative teams providing BlackBerry and 3G Broadband services for Barclays Bank in the UK. Although primarily operations focussed.
• Achieving team SLA performance in 1st complete month of leadership;
• Helping to lower operational costs by role restructuring;
• Helping to improve efficiency and mitigate risk by cross-skilling within the team;
• Produced a substantial profit by successfully resourcing a project to provide post-migration support for BlackBerry users and mail migration team members, for which I recieved a commendation from the customer.
