I am an entrepreneurial technologist, engineer and executive coach, delivering business results through innovation, product development, business strategy and IP commercialisation. As well as product development and business services, I provide 'technology translation' to help technical teams and commercial and leadership teams to communicate effectively for business success.I set up ‘CambridgeIQ’ in 2014 to help companies in these areas. At CIQ, we have a large-company pedigree with small-company agility. I am a business mentor on the Government's Help-to-Grow management programme.Currently, with my team, I am developing and scaling up an industrial IoT monitor, medical wearable device and sustainable energy generation and storage materials, and am active in smart packaging. I have worked in FMCG, telecoms, automotive, industrial, utility and healthcare sectors. I support Nottingham University's business school.More than 25 years in product development and management consultancy have given me a thorough understanding of taking innovative technologies and IP through successful business strategies.
