Director of a tennis company that provides tennis coaching services to local clubs, schools and venues. I have experience coordinating tennis programs over a number of venues and duties consisted of marketing, promoting, enrolling and delivering tennis coaching activities to players of all ages and abilities. The program include a school coaching network that was introduced to feed into the main coaching program, this included coordinating with school staff, setting up and delivery of taster sessions and delivering after school clubs. Pro Tennis Academy is also a coach education provider and runs level 1 and level 2 coach education courses. My duties include coordinating with venues to run the courses, acting as a course tutor / assessor and working with 1st4sport and the LTA coach education team

During my brief time with Impact Tennis I was a Head coach for a number of small tennis clubs in the Stratford and Market Drayton areas. My role included delivering tennis activities at three main tennis venues, enrolment

My role at Wrexham HPC was that of the Tennis Manager, my duties included the coordination of a large development tennis program based at the centre. This included marketing, promoting and coordination of a large coaching team.A major part of my role was the head of talent attraction and identification to feed into the centres High Performance program. These duties included the coordination of a schools feeder network which consisted of a monthly schools roadshow and taster sessions. The goal was to increase the attraction of players to raise overall participation in the region and the identification of talented individuals. The role also included on court coaching delivery to the centres performance program, North Wales county training and the centres schools tennis program. My administrative duties included being a contact point for parents / organisations, operating the tennis program booking system, coordinating large events such as the ITF Tennis Futures, British Tour, AEGON International and County Cup events. Off court I worked day to day with the centres operation manager, head coach and centre administration staff. My role also involved coordinating and working alongside key partners such as Wrexham Borough Council, The Lawn Tennis Association, Tennis Wales and The Tennis Foundation.

At Upton VH LTC my role was Head Coach of a large 8 court tennis cub. The main duties involved in the role include the promotion, marketing, administration and delivery of an inclusive tennis program catering for players of all ages and abilities. The tennis program included the delivery of tennis activities to players from Mini tennis onwards, tournaments, schools coaching and adult participation. The role also required me to work closely with local partners such as schools, sports development, local LTA office and Wirral Borough Council.

My first position at Wirral ITI was a volunteer and during my time at Wirral I completed my Level 3 and Level 4 coaching awards My role included the delivery of tennis activities to players from Mini tennis onwards, tournaments, schools coaching and adult participation. In the later years I was the main coordinator of the centres U8 Talent ID program and tasked with finding local talent via school roadshows and feed the players into the program. The role also included the delivery of talent development sessions to the centres U8 performance program. The program has been successful long term with a number of players going onto national and European junior rankings. The role also required me to work closely with local partners such as schools, sports development, local LTA office and Wirral Borough Council.
