As a member of the Leadership Effectiveness & Development (LEAD) team, I created instructional strategies and designed learning materials; including eLearning courses, workshops, seminars and sessions to help Gartner leaders reach their highest heights and lead more effectively within the organization. My main focus was the Ascent program, an initiative developed to assist leaders in the organization to further develop leadership capabilities by offering both on-demand eLearning courses and live virtual instructor led training. As the main creative force on the team, I was in charge of much of the visual imagery and branding associated with Ascent and other projects. I created and maintained templates, ensured content adhered to the overall company style guidelines, and determined the look and feel for most projects. More specifically, I designed everything from the logos, branding, collateral, animated videos and several of the eLearning courses for the various programs.

At The Entrepreneur's Source, I created learning materials, including eLearning and/or virtual learning modules and courses. It was my responsibility to design all of the materials, including charts, diagrams, handouts, and graphics, as well as any other collateral required to help clients quickly grasp the coaching methodology of the business succinctly and efficiently. I was also in charge of recording video and audio for virtual learning components.

I helped design and create learning materials, including facilitation guides, program guides and participant guides alongside relevant presentations and imagery for franchisees, managers and employees all across the country. This also included instructional videos, e-learning modules, lms management and other learning-based content. I created learning modules via the Articulate 360 suite for topics such as Life at Edible, Product Building Specifications, Equipment Knowledge, etc.I also produced visual imagery and content for the 2018 Edible Convention, including PowerPoint templates, banners, fliers, program guide pages, look & feel, etc. This also included content for many learning based breakout sessions aimed at bringing new information to Edible franchisees in a fun and engaging manner (Featuring topics ranging from Leading Your Team, Building the Best Team and Delighting Your Guests).I was also the main person responsible for the creation (Directing, filming and editing) of informative weekly "Fruitcast" company news videos which were shown to franchisees and employees in stores all across the country.

I helped assist, market, create and manage day-to-day tasks for well-known local artist Karen Rossi. This was a multi-faceted position where I helped fix computer issues, technology and equipment, designed and created new art to be licensed, helped market and sell goods and services to clients (anything from SEO, advertising, etc) and helped Karen manage the day to day aspects of her business and ventures.

Creating, editing and marketing videos for online platforms and social media is a passion of mine and has been much of my focus during my free time over the past few years. I have created a brand of video content with a continuously growing audience of over 46,000 active subscribers and over 11 million total video views. I assisted with the creation and upkeep of websites for contractor clients all across America. I coded and designed websites, modifying them for the best possible lead results and improvement in local business. I also created assets and artwork for banners, articles, pages and tactics for the clients. I helped design banners and marquees for online marketing, created and illustrated speaker plates for headsets and produced assets for print and web (including logos and brand concepts). I also assisted with the creation of packaging and dummy boxes for retail products, created both static and animated ads, design charts, sell sheets, product guidelines, brochures, quick start guides and so on.You can view examples of my work from this time below.

As an Orientation Assistant, I did everything in my power to help incoming students adjust to RIT campus life and facilitated many guides, tours and activities with them in order to get them involved and making friends within their groups. It was my job to give them a welcoming introduction to the school, help them develop new relationships by breaking the ice and and also answer any questions they had.After their initial adjustment I was a helpful voice and provided guidance should they need it.

As a Staff Illustrator for RIT's student run and circulated Reporter Magazine, I illustrated several magazine covers and contributed numerous spot illustrations for both the print and online publications.

As a Lab Assistant for the School of Media Sciences I oversaw the labs, helped students with technical problems, released prints, and also checked out cameras and equipment to students from the equipment cage. I also occasionally worked as a CSR for the downstairs print lab where student projects, photos, and artwork were printed on high quality printers and assured for quality.
