Mr. Moore designed and coded five shrink-wrap mortgage lending and residential real estate point of sale products for national distribution channels. The Residential Sales Council of the National Association of Realtors® awarded the products its “Recommended” designation. One was also awarded the “Recommended” designation by the Commercial-Investment Real Estate Council®, the only residential product ever recommended by that professional organization. One of the applications was nominated for a “CODIE,” the Software Publisher’s Association Award for technical excellence and was profiled in Data Based Advisor Magazine

Responsible for the program management, financial management, software development (3 versions at the same time), hardware procurement, testing, fielding, training, logistics, rollout and life cycle maintenance of a multi-node (3,266), distributed military command and control system, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), with 1.5 million lines of code used by multiple U.S. military services with the requirement to be interoperable with the U.K., France, and Germany with a total budget of $900M. The AFATDS interfaced with more than 50 different digital systems across the joint spectrum and was required to run on an ever-changing series of hardware platforms. It had more than 5,000 system requirements and over 8,500 software requirements. The program was classified as a major U.S. Army program (ACAT I) and was subject to U.S. Department of Defense and Congressional oversight.
