I have over 25 years of experience in employee benefits that originally began with 401(k) retirement plan administration and compliance testing. Starting my career with a small young organization, I was able to add input into designing and implementing departmental procedures and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients while the company grew to become a major competitor in the retirement plan administration market.My growing interest in healthcare later led me to group benefits where I now manage relationships with small and large employers alike. From advising small employers on benefit plan options to conducting open enrollment meetings for groups of over 100, I am able to serve a wide range of clients’ varying needs.
