Coles is one of Australia’s leading retailers with 1,800 supermarkets and liquor stores nationally and 120,000 team members, engaging with over 8,000 suppliers and driving $40b of revenue annually:• Driving and executing strategic initiatives through Coles Liquor Group's (CLG's) largest transformation program (~$40m total), including developing a new value proposition, buying and trading principles, marketing re-brand, service framework, store design and fit-out and operational efficiencies.• Led Merchandise, Marketing, Operations, Renewal, Construction and Property teams to deliver annual benefit of ~$23m revenue and ~$3m EBIT (bringing business to its first positive comparative sales in 8 years).• Awarded the Liquor Retailer of the Year at the 2020 Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards and Store Design & Fit-Out of the Year Award at the 2019 Australian Retail Awards for developing and implementing a new design concept and service framework through the CLG transformation program.

• Partnered with Merchandise team to develop and implement buying and trading principles. • Developed processes and tools which delivered range optimisation of ~15-20% and a value proposition with a weighted value index (WVI) below 100 versus the major competitor.• Drove annual revenue improvement of ~12% for CLG exclusive brands within First Choice Liquor Market (FCLM) brand.

• Developed and implemented a range and pricing principles and program for all CLG brands to deliver range optimisation of ~15-20% and improve EBIT by ~$1.8m per annum.• Developed and executed CLG pricing and value strategy, implemented processes and reporting to achieve a reduction in WVI by 3-5 percentage points in all liquor brands. • Led business through bi-annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustment whilst implementing improved process.

• Drove strategic initiatives with the Merchandise and Renewal functions.• Implemented range optimisation through a 120 Liquorland brand store $3.9m rollout program to deliver annual EBIT benefit of $2.2m.

• Led engineering and construction teams through delivery of ~$3m Hallam Road upgrade and Melbourne Airport T4 upgrade (incl. managing budget, roadmap, resources, risks & issues, etc).
