Stewart Henry joined HMRC in 1985 initially working in City VAT Office, central London. Whilst with HMRC Stewart spent time as a VAT inspector auditing small to medium sized businesses,large multi-national organisations and charities. Stewart also worked at Holborn and Euston VAT offices.Stewart left HMRC in 1993 and worked in practice with Hays Allan and Saffery Champness. During this period Stewart Henry developed further his technical experience and personal interest in assisting charities, and other voluntary and not-for-profit organisations, with VAT issues faced. Stewart Henry joined Constable VAT Consultancy LLP (CVC) as a partner in 2006. Stewart and the team at Constable VAT Consultancy LLP continue to work with a number of clients operating in the third sector.
