Accountable for the delivery of uninterrupted vendor services to over 19,000 employees across 50 buildings and 2mft2 of property.Led and coached a team of c50 specialist staff based in 5 locations across Asia. Collaborated with global and divisional COOs and senior Executives to design the roadmap to enable each business to successfully deliver their strategic objectives. Spearheaded enhanced collaboration with key strategic 3rd party vendors with a focus on fostering mutual benefit, driving innovation and speed of execution.
