At AVP, he collaborated with diverse organizations, specializing in business analysis, requirements gathering, and strategic planning for digital asset and media management. His notable projects include implementing a digital asset management solution at Carnegie Hall, data modeling for WWE's wrestling history, and conducting a comprehensive assessment of the Smithsonian Institution's digital asset management practices.In 2015, Seth joined the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) to spearhead the implementation of the MoMA Electronic Records Archive. This institution-wide initiative focused on collecting, preserving, and accessing the museum's expanding digital records collection.Seth became the Program Manager for the Emulation-as-a-Service Infrastructure (EaaSI) program at Yale University in 2017. The EaaSI program of work developed and supported a web-based SaaS application for emulating historical computers, enabling access to archival media in collections held by archives, libraries, museums, and data repositories. As Program Manager, Seth lead the strategic direction and execution of the program, overseeing an international team of developers, support staff, and consultants, and planning for the long-term sustainability of EaaSI technology and operations.After five years of successfully guiding the EaaSI program, Seth returned to AVP as a Senior Consultant. In this role, he specializes in operations optimization, strategic planning, technology selection, and risk assessment and mitigation. His recent consultancy projects include collaborations with prestigious institutions such as the Library of Congress, the Getty Museum, and UCLA.
