I am a doer and a builder, an implementer and a creator. I was the first packaging safety professional in North America for Nestle. In other words, I built the packaging safety and compliance program for Nestle in the Americas from the ground up. This program was based on my foundation of three years working in Switzerland at Nestle's packaging analytical testing laboratory. Following my time building the program in the Americas, I was promoted to take over the global role.I am a packaging stewardship professional with proven in-depth experience and success with a global food and beverage company. I am adept at building and managing effective and efficient corporate programs including a global one for food packaging safety and compliance/stewardship utilizing a collaborative strategy across packaging, quality and regulatory functions internally and externally. I am a consensus building leader within cross-functional teams, packaging supply chain partners, regulators and non-government organizations.
