Current#1 in gross bookings for 2022 at $7.652M (121% to quota)Highest close ratio at more than 45%Consistently rank in the top 2 sales performers for my entire 5+ tenure.-Educate homeowners on the benefits of geothermal in their homes through virtual consultations primarily and on-site when warranted. -Assess existing HVAC equipment and layout, identify shortcomings with legacy equipment, and collect feedback from homeowners on their goals and desires from their HVAC system.-Design proposals for closed-loop ground source heat pump (geothermal) systems to meet the needs of the homeowner.-Communicate design parameters, running costs and savings, financing options/methods, and ultimately the value of geothermal over any other type of HVAC.-Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to make the proposed system a reality.-Manage a pipeline of over 100 leads per month and over 50 active projects per month.-Mentor new sales team members and coach existing team members in areas to improve upon.-Pilot new products and technologies (such as VRF mini-splits) for the company to asses for product positioning and implementation improvements.-Pilot new markets and provide feedback and suggestions to leadership for got-to-market intel.
