I'm a champion for innovative tech partners and client success -- with a focus on supply chain solutions. I manage relationships and am building programs within IBM that enable effective go-to-market (GTM) execution in a scalable manner.I get to work with a talented and experienced Strategic Alliances team within the IBM Software group. In my role, I both own and provide technical and strategic leadership with our larger Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Some examples have included leading the partnerships with Salesforce, Adobe, Project44, FourKites, Convey (now Project44), and many others.Presently, I'm driving the partnership with Adobe and how their Commerce Cloud benefits from hooking it up with our Sterling Order Management platform for better online and offline shopping experiences. My work at Silverpop currently revolves around enabling business partnerships to connect with Silverpop's Engage marketing automation platform via APIs. The fun is in meeting with new companies regularly and learning their business, understanding their data's value and mapping that most efficiently to our system through a series of API calls and custom back-end processing. Co-Founded in 2012 in my basement and on a shoe-string budget, Finestra was the result of a long-term desire for my brother and I to bring together our creative and technical gifts in an effort to build a community and business around local art, artists, and their fans. To get the startup off the ground, my brother guided the design while I taught myself any and all programming and architectural skills necessary. The result was a truly memorable and unique experience around interacting with art and learning from the artists behind each piece. If you care to know, the main technologies leveraged for development included Objective-C, several Amazon AWS services, Mailchimp, and eventually Silverpop (see video) for automated marketing between artists and their followers.The app was showcased in the Georgia Tech Alumni Magazine, leveraged at several events including Atlanta and London. Lastly, we were honored to represent the USA as creative innovators at the first ever 2017 Culture Summit in Abu Dhabi this year.Though we eventually decided to lay the company down officially and are planning to open source our code, we touched many lives in a positive way ranging from underprivileged kids who just needed a little bit of inspiration to artists and even a few very successful businessmen. Siebel 8.x implementations, developing utilities and tools, configurations and customizations have been my focus for over 5 years.One of my greatest contributions has been an automated documentation (of customizations) and release management system for our highly complex Siebel CRM implementation. This system has been used in deploying over 100 releases now and will be used in our production environment. Its adoption and use has enabled our team to rapidly develop, document, and deploy our work while maintaining organization and proper reporting along the way.
