Overall responsibility for RBC Sydney - Treasury and Market Services (TMS) which included:- Management of multiple divisions to achieve global performance goals within internal risk and compliance frameworks and the regulatory environment. - Managed Treasury Services including Funding and Liquidity and FX Forwards. - Managed Market Services including Securities Finance, FX execution (Spot and Forwards) and cash.- Managed all internal and regulatory liquidity metrics and the interest and credit exposure. - Responsible for product and business development,- Responsible Manager and Person under ASIC and APRA regulations.- Represented TMS on the various internal operating and governance committees.

• Managed market products execution including Stock Lending (SL), FX execution (Spot and Forwards) and cash.• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Market Products, including technical sales, achieving the following;o Introduced Stock Lending to the Australian client base and successfully negotiated for the largest client to enter the Global program. o Successfully negotiated standing instruction FX mandates for all the largest clients which increased the on going revenue stream from these clients.o Turned the management of custody client cash into a substantial revenue source by renegotiating client and market rates. • Responsible for business development for Market Products. Key developments included identifying revenue opportunities for new regional SL markets. Launched lending in South Korea and due diligence in Taiwan and Thailand. Introduced FX Forward execution for clients that led to the development of a standing instruction or overlay product. Identified the liquidity value of the custody cash that initiated a cross platform project for RBC as a whole to better utilise the cash.• Responsible Manager for trading under the AFSL for the RBC custody business.
