CurrentMember of the team for implementation of Billing, Traffic/Rating and Dispute solutions to the biggest telecom provider in Italy and one of the biggest in Europe - Telecom Italia (TIM), working closely with the partner company and TIM team, as well. I was responsible for full communication with customers, providing support for Product Catalog and Cross and Infrastructure (Billing) solutions, and managing the first, second and third lines of support.My work responsibilities included:- Designing and developing test strategies and test cases to ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and customer requirements.- Active communication with system designer, business analyst, developers and stakeholders to understand and interpret business and technical requirements.- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities, and working closely with developers to integrate testing into the development and build processes.- Performing different types of testing on both the frontend and backend parts of the web application including, integration, UAT, end-to-end, exploratory, regression tests, testing APIs using Swagger UI and cURL with Putty, logging the results and any identified problems.- Managing releases, ensuring adequate quality level for product delivery and making sure delivery is on time.- Identifying and implementing solution-wise processes and functional improvements to drive positive business outcomes.- Presenting new functionalities to the clients clearly and concisely.
