• Leading efforts for procuring a loan management system that integrates with mobile 
money platforms.• Have signed a contract with Musoni BV and is actively helping them with MTN Mobile Money integration to serve Yetu Credit Finance with a system that supports mobile money lending.

• Tasked with liaising with the Government of Kenya through the Ministry of State for Public Service, the Teachers'​ Service Commission and the Integrated Payroll & Personnel Database Department to ensure the smooth running of our loan management system. This included giving presentations to government officers • Was in charge of training the Kenya country team on using the payroll deduction management system. • Was in charge of our relationships with all financial institutions that made use of the third party payroll loan deduction management system. This included major banks and credit institutions including but not limited to Equity Bank, CfC Stanbic, Kenya Commercial Bank, Mwalimu SACCO, FAULU Kenya and the Kenya SACCO Association. • Was on the team that interfaced with the Kenya Bankers' Association to get them onboard and support the rollout of the payroll deduction management system.• Consistently liaised with the system development team in Pretoria to customize the payroll deduction management system for the Kenya market and structure. • Supported The Payment Solutions Africa teams in Malawi and Zambia especially with training of trainers of the payroll deduction management system.

Helped Centenary Bank use the software platform to increase their payroll loan portfolio. Also brought on board KCB Bank, Barclays Bank, Orient Bank, Bank of Africa, Crane Bank, DFCU Bank, Equity Bank, Housing Finance, United Bank for Africa and Standard Chartered Bank.• Did numerous presentations to Uganda Bankers’ Association to get them to sign off on the introduction of the loan management system, as it was a government prerequisite to get the Association’s support before rolling out. • Facilitated training for all stakeholders especially banks and credit-lending institutions for them to be able to use the web-based loan management system. Did a countrywide training program for all Stanbic Bank and KCB Bank branches in Uganda. • Developed training manuals that were distributed to all trainers of trainers, trainers and users of the loan management system.• Liaised with the system engineers and developers to build required changes and improvements to the system as it grew. • Designed and developed a payments reconciliation system for staff and employees of financial institutions to ensure loan deductions on employees’ salaries were in commensurate with money received by the financial institutions from the Central Bank on a monthly basis.
