Content Operations Manager
Current• Enables the resolution of varied and complex roadblocks to product delivery, company integrations, and business success• Leads and develops team of Project Managers who work cohesively and efficiently to deliver projects as well as solve departmental roadblocks• 8+ Years of successful roadmap forecasting and delivery• Integrates new products and company acquisitions into Relias processes• Hire, coach, develop, and manage a team of 8+ Content Project Coordinators and Content Project Managers, with proven success demonstrated by their performance and promotion rate• Tailors Project Management software to meet the needs of not only CPM team, but needs of all functional areas of department• Advocate for team’s best interests with other functional area managers and Content Leadership, focusing on team and individuals growth and development• Sets Priorities for team and department and lead others to successful execute those priorities• Meet with Directors and Department Leadership to set standards of communication and workforce expectations• Works with all functional areas to identify trends and resolve roadblocks or potential barriers to delivery• Has strong working relationships with other departments to provide cross-departmental collaboration on daily needs and special projects• Provides data and reports to department leaders and listens to their needs and pain points to tailor solutions to them• Has deep understanding of products and contents interests, and is able to understand and promote them
