Due to my experience and skill in handling complex bespoke water-cooling solutions, I perform diagnostics, repair and upgrades to high-end customer systems. I also provide prioritisation and unit-of-work estimates of Kanban tasks for myself and team members, to ensure targeted turn-around windows and enterprise SLAs are met. I take ownership of all stages of the repair process, from the system returning to base, to being passed to a member of quality control. This involves me replicating all faults described by the customer, identifying the faulty component or software issues, replacing components, running appropriate testing and benchmarks and comparing the results to known good averages. Due to my experience in deploying, testing and supporting our AI and machine learning systems, I also specialise in the repair of systems from this line of business. This includes deploying Docker on Ubuntu LTS, pulling required containers from Nvidia NGC and inhouse QC test/benchmark containers, and running workloads while assessing system metrics like temperature and RAM/VRAM. In addition to our standard testing, when testing AI systems, I also liaise directly with our most technical customers to replicate their specific workloads.

While working on the projects team I helped design and build bespoke systems for partners (including NVidia, Intel and Activision) for promoting new product launches. These projects involved designing custom 3D printed/milled and laser/waterjet cut parts to fit existing cases, utilising fusion 360 for design. A particularly challenging partner project included the integration of a Raspberry Pi SBC and display into a PC case running a kiosk OS to emulate the partners classic titles. Within this project I needed to learn a variety of new skills quickly to design/implement hardware and software integrations.

While working as part of the 3XS systems build team my main responsibility was the assembly of custom ordered systems, this involved checking the picked parts against what were allocated to the invoice, identifying any potential issues with the chosen parts that may have been missed by the logistics team, building up the system to the required standards and making sure any special requests from the customer had been carried out if possible.

At coast to coast Trafford my responsibilities are as follows, working as part of the bartending team creating cocktails and other drinks for guests both who are seated at tables and face to face at the main bar area where I am to give the guests a relaxing safe environment to enjoy their visit, which involves suggesting drinks based upon their preferred spirits and tastes, keeping the bar area clean tidy and well stocked. I also have to maintain fast efficient service during busy times especially on weekends.
