As the CrowdStrike EDR and Office 365 administrator, I configured Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) to enhance email security.I implemented and maintained security policies within Office 365 ATP, including anti-phishing, anti-malware, and URL protection features. To identify and deter overuse or misuse of company-allocated mobile devices, I automated monthly reporting on user minute and data usage. Furthermore, I assisted in upgrading Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 to Citrix XenApp 6.5 and added new servers to the Citrix farm as required by business needs.
