CurrentPartner with clients post sale to Implement new technology solutions and provide ongoing support and enhancements. Develop new and ongoing relationships with key stakeholders, gain insight to business needs and goals in order to design, implement, and execute solutions that meets client objectives.● Research and develop requirements based on best practices and established agile methodologies● Identify areas for risk mitigation and ensure project plans are developed, meeting client needs and time frames● Partner with Product Owner and Scrum Master to groom and incorporate product related projects into sprint cycles that align with client delivery expectations● Coordinate work execution, manage risk, and provide status updates with client project team ● Perform and provide oversite for systems processing, validate and review systems data and reconciliation● Manage software implementation and provide oversite of customization, design specs, and build for release to client● Develop and maintain key client relationships● Translate complex business requirements and recommend solutions in clear and effective communication to development team and stakeholders● Ensure client training is implemented and documented for future reference● Document client requirements and deliverables for software customization needs● Clinician Nexus was acquired by SullivanCotter in June 2022
