About Stratis Pasdekis

I provide long and short term Counselling and Psychotherapy in a confidential and peaceful environment in Buckinghamshire.I support people in making positive changes in their lives, and help them to work through the emotional difficulties which may be preventing personal development and fulfilment. People can contact me if they feel they need to work on day-to-day struggles, relationship difficulties or life blocks and crises.I have received post-graduate training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), and Couple Therapy for Depression (CTfD). In accordance with The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) I am supported by regular supervision with a senior Integrative Psychotherapist and Registered Psychologist.My current research interests are in the areas of therapist responsiveness and efficacy of psychotherapy, and psychedelic assisted-psychotherapy.
