At Sutter Health Medical Market Networks our goal is to make it easier for employers, brokers and health plans to access Sutter Health. My role as Director of Member Engagement is to design a consistent and comprehensive experience to welcome our new members into the Sutter Health family and educate them about the continuum of care we offer.

As a regional marketing manager I have oversight of five hospitals and many key service lines. I collaborate with key leaders to design marketing plans that support our growth initiatives. I target our audience, from consumers, patients and referring providers and work to identify the best channel for our messages. My innovative campaign ideas and execution have driven awareness and increased volumes. I lead our regional advertising campaigns and coordinate print ads, social campaigns, online targeting, radio and grassroots outreach. My partnerships with key organizations and local business spread a wider net to communicate our messages. Key Projects- I managed the marketing efforts to open Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento; which included years promoting the upcoming opening and an 18-month aggressive marketing plan that included print, social, radio, outdoor and online marketing. - I co-led the grand opening events for Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento which included four events over a one month period. The events targeted local leaders, philanthropic donors, medical staff and ended with a community block party that attracted more than 3,000 attendees. - I lead our annual marketing planning, as well as year-end reports that detail our win's for the year. - An effective leader, I oversee the work of a marketing associate, coordinator and specialist, partnering with them to come up with innovative marketing ideas and empowering them to grow both personally and professionally.
