A member of the Senior Management Group responsible for the global Capital Projects team. A key focus is delivering bespoke containment and aseptic solutions for blue chip clients within the pharmaceutical industry.My remit includes the continued year on year growth of gross profit whilst delivering client expectations. This is achieved through continual improvement, driving standardisation of containment solutions to deliver economies of scale and produce cost effective engineered solutions.

A member of the Operational Management Team with management responsibility for the 220 staff of the in house service team. Responsible for ensuring delivery of year on year growth in sales and margin, ultimately achieving a record sales forecast of £20m in the financial year ending March 2010. Achieved profit margins and efficiency savings by successfully diversifying the organisation into other markets. Implemented a continuous improvement programme to maximise operating efficiency, whilst multi-skilling the workforce to deliver client solutions across a broad spectrum of work streams.
