Insights that create behavioural change in the flow of work, every day.Strengthscope® is the world’s only strengths assessment that holds the BPS registered test status, which means the insights you get from it are scientifically proven to be valid, and free from any bias.I lead the team around design and delivery of content that enables the integration of Strengthscope® solutions throughout an organisation’s employee experience, in line with their People strategy.This includes quality assurance of all products, working with our CS, CI and CX teams to ensure that our customers as set up for ongoing success, driving the voice of Strengthscope® throughout our content and making sure it is fresh, engaging and accessible.I'll also be working with our internal teams to ensure that we are making the most of our internal talent and working to help them get the most out of their strengths.
