Because not only is he a great technically minded person, he is a very hard worker, is a great at handling visuals, optimization (process and asset), and is a design minded individual. On a personal note, I came to rely on Strobel to always shoot me straight on a project. He could identify the trouble areas of a project and can guide any team about the best way to fix those problems. He is an honest, truthful, hardworking and dedicated person, and I am very glad I had the chance to work with him."
