o Key Responsibilities: 01/2008 -10/2011 Fabriation and Steel 10/2011 － 07/2014 Castingo To conduct foundry surveys and identify best-in-class capability for foreign BU.o To do site assessment for new supplier, including quality system, production development, change management, purchasing sub-supplier management, and etc, Following up ISO 9000 and TS16949;o To do production audit and process audit, make the quality corrective action plan and follow up, response for close non-conformace by quality improve tools. o To follow up the sample development, including Drawing and Specs review and clarify with suppliers, including EN/ASTM/ASME/AU standard explaination, Work Closely with Suppliers with early involvement to develop advance component development plans , advising suppliers on right tooling, checking aids, providing timely inputs to suppliers on Quality, Delivery, and field issues with a view to institute proactive approach on quality.o Effectively use and deploy Advance product quality planning ( APQP), Structured Production part approval process (PPAP), Measurement system analysis (MSA),Control Plan and PFMEA to ensure supplier measurements are consistent with Terex site measurements o Response for sample inspection pre-delivery to validate PSW and sample meet the drawing and specs. Including the deviation request and corrective action plan following up.o Work with foreign BU Quality, Engineering and Warranty teams to ensure all supplier related issues are captured, raised via the FRACAS system and followed-through to effective resolution o Manage key suppliers to ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner and ongoing performance is improvedo Support 5 Joint Ventures of Terex China Quality Continuous Improvements and purchasing Strategic(weight 20%)

➢ Assist with selection and development of China region suppliers.➢ Participate with engineering to understand specifications and prints➢ Develop Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages. Implement Supplier/Manufacturing Development Program.➢ Negotiate purchasing contracts, including price, intellectual property ownership, tooling, Inventory, warranty and payment terms➢ At the start of production cycle, provide on-site assistance with interpretation of technical documentation and guidance on tooling development. Agree on procedure and process implementation of the inspection documentation to be controlled. ➢ Identify and lead lean improvements and re-engineering for manufacturability projects in suppliers processes and negotiate cost reductions shared with WABTEC division.➢ Provide assistance in following up on deviations/discrepancy of production components from suppliers. To verify any corrective action is implemented and effective. Input to qualification testing and the documentation for approval and production release utilizing APQP.➢ To follow up the production quality and support quality continuous improvement.

➢ Prepare technical files and manage the technical file releasing to suppliers according to Schneider process & rules.➢ Analyze part function, and define verification/validation plan in part and product level.➢ Participate in review meeting with supplier to clarify all technical requirements by the coordinate with French technical department.➢ Analyze supplier’s feedback from product function point of view. Give answers to suppliers and prepare technical deviation analysis by the regular conference call with French technical department.➢ Clarify definition/clarification on test requirements.➢ Support product validation test and report to French technical department. ➢ Regular cross functions meeting to follow up sample and small quantity batch quality to make sure the parts go through assemble smoothly.
