Steve established Mdina International, his management and people consultancy in 1980, after an apprenticeship in engineering and a career in sales in the UK. Since then, he has successfully delivered consultancy assignments, bespoke training programmes and has developed people at all levels, across a wide range of industries, in over 32 countries. He has been involved in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, and is a specialist in supporting organisations in change management and people management.
