Designed a proof of concept website to allow Moore-Handley to put their entire warehouse database online. Developed several automation programs to simplify routine daily tasks related to moving data between desktop machines and the mainframe. Implemented a training program to increase familiarity and productivity with Microsoft Office among the office staff. Assisted outside salespeople and customers in installing and troubleshooting proprietary catalog software developed in-house.
