We grew the company from 3 individuals to a staff of 60 developers, architects, analysts, agile practitioners and project managers, and a turnover of R60M. Airborne was acquired in 2012 by South Africa's largest listed IT group, EOH.We re-branded to EOH Microsoft Coastal, and became one of the EOH group's over 300 business units and 12000 staff. EOH's business units were run as separate independent businesses, with their retained management structure and culture, and we had subsequently continued to grow our unit at an accelerated pace to become South Africa's largest Microsoft services provider, and a significant contributor to the EOH group with over 500 staff and a turnover of around R400M ($26M). It was Showcased by Microsoft at the “Bill Gates Technology Conference”, Johannesburg, March 1997, during Bill Gates' visit to South Africa.
