08/01/2009 – 09/01/2013 Sales / Customer Service Manager Supervise, monitor, and prioritize the activities of the Customer Service Representatives as well as Application Sales Specialists and Sales Engineers to ensure customer support, application, pricing, margins and orders are handled effectively. Also review clients’ terms and conditions for acceptance and negotiation when necessary. Motivate and direct sales agents/distributors. (Excess of 1,000 Distributors)  Analyze sales agent/distributor territories. When necessary, recommend termination of existing sales agents/distributors and also locate, interview, and appoint new representatives.  Build relationships with major producers and engineering contractors.  Provide forecast outlook, report on competition, product information and market conditions.  Provide support for marketing and promotional campaigns, including trade shows, advertising and direct mail.  Work with Engineering Department to improve current product design and develop new products. Report results through power point charts and pivot tables from Excel. Review cost accounting of labor hours and materials consumed in order to accurately cost products and high volume project opportunities.
