• Supporting the delivery of approved change activities across Aviva UK Life's Pensions & Investments product portfolio.• Operating a framework to measure and show the status and progress of these activities.• Applying a methodology for assessing doability (including resource availability and internal and external milestones and dependencies) of change activities across the portfolio.• Providing a holistic view across P&I of all change activity and supporting product line leads and Commercial Managers to optimise P&I financial outcomes, taking into consideration both commercial and practical constraints.

• Contributing to the definition and scope of allocated projects • Producing key project documentation for sign off and approval of key stakeholders• Tracking and reporting status, agreeing RAG rating and resolving or escalating risks and issues to Programme Sponsors• Managing key stakeholders, ensuring they are well informed, involved and accountable where appropriate • Shape and develop processes within the wider team• The day-to-day oversight of a number of PG projects, reporting progress to the Programme Sponsors.

• Responsible for ensuring that proposition areas react accordingly to external risk triggers provided by business areas. I proactively support the proposition area to turn those risks ‘green’. • Accurate scoping of issues and identification of a solution to ensure Aviva is fully TCF.• Customer focused prioritisation of issues fed and managed into the proposition area. • Delivery of product governance issue fixes in line with budget, scope and timeline• Quality and delivery of customer communications
