• Supporting the delivery of approved change activities across Aviva UK Life's Pensions & Investments product portfolio.
• Operating a framework to measure and show the status and progress of these activities.
• Applying a methodology for assessing doability (including resource availability and internal and external milestones and dependencies) of change activities across the portfolio.
• Providing a holistic view across P&I of all change activity and supporting product line leads and Commercial Managers to optimise P&I financial outcomes, taking into consideration both commercial and practical.

• Contributing to the definition and scope of allocated projects
• Producing key project documentation for sign off and approval of key stakeholders
• Tracking and reporting status, agreeing RAG rating and resolving or escalating risks and issues to Programme Sponsors

• Accurate scoping of issues and identification of a solution to ensure Aviva is fully TCF.
• Customer focused prioritisation of issues fed and managed into the proposition area.
• Delivery of product governance issue fixes in line with budget, scope and timeline
• Quality and delivery of customer communications
