The Apartment was originally opened as a lounge bar in the Former French Concession in Shanghai. It quickly became one of the most popular bars in the whole city and transformed into a cross between a lounge bar and a full blown nightclub giving it a very unique feel. I am pleased to say that during its 7+ years of operation, it ranked amongest the best known and most popular venues in Shanghai. Now closed due to re-zoning, discussions are taking place re its re opening in a new location.
