Implemented NetSuite CRM for Support and NextService field management software and mobile application to support field activity and documentation. Provided guidance and collaboration on development of technical documentation and QMS documents.

Established Global Service and Support teams and processes for enzymatic DNA Printing start-up. Responsible for team building for technical support, field service and hardware support. Assisted with the development and implementation of procedures to meet ISO13485 requirements for complaint handling and servicing activities.

Initiated manufacturing operations for ultrasound medical imaging device. Established procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with FDA QSR 820.Managed all customer related pre and post sale activities including sales order processing and order fulfillment, pre-installation and installation activities, and all activities related to field and remote customer support.

Established support procedures and hired support team to provide national service for an automated 3D ultrasound breast imaging system. Created all documentation and processes related to support of the product including service manual, service bulletins, internal support systems and processes.

Managed the Life Science Group and Clinical Diagnostic Group Service Centers comprising of instrument repair, reconditioning, returned goods processing as well as material management and logistics for the field service and repair center teams.
