Acting as a Single Point of Contact between Law Enforcement and Communications Service Providers. Completed Communications Data Investigator Accreditation at the College of Policing. Ensuring communications data is obtained lawfully in accordance with the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and Investigatory Powers Act 2016. Providing tactical advice and training to police officers and staff of varying ranks (including senior officers) in relation to communications data opportunities for investigations and evidential use.

Under the umbrella of the Contact Management Department, the Resolution Centre is charged with receiving non-emergency crime incidents from the Police Contact Centre. These incidents are assessed as suitable for the initial accounts to be taken over the telephone.During my communication, I conduct safeguarding assessments and it is my responsibility to assess potential vulnerability or persons at risk. I make sure that they are given suitable support and refer to relevant partner agencies if I feel that they can also assist with the situation. During this initial engagement, I aim to reach a satisfactory and appropriate outcome for the caller and for Hampshire Constabulary. This could be filing the report as the victim doesn't support progression, I decide that the incident is more suitable to be filed as there are no further lines of enquiry, I resolved the matter informally over the telephone or by Community Resolution. Alternatively, I hand over the investigation to the appropriate department to progress with all relevant evidence attached.

Managing emergency, non-emergency and general enquiry calls in a busy and demanding environment ensuring a prompt and efficient service to provide excellent customer satisfaction and where possible resolution at the first point of contactMaking time critical decisions performing dynamic risk assessments whilst managing with emergency situations.Receiving and managing crime reports obtained verbally or via the online reporting system.Providing mutual support to varying Police departments when demand was high and also to offer support to partner agencies including Ambulance, Coastguard and Fire & Rescue services.To engage with callers to help obtain important community intelligence which can be shared within the law enforcement family to aid with crime prevention and detection.

Named after the year that the FA lifted the ban on women’s football, our aim is to promote women’s and girl’s football from international to grassroots on the website, social media and our podcast.From modest beginnings, we have grown organically since our launch in Sept 2018. We are not a daily news source as we’re but a mere group of volunteer contributors with a shared goal to promote the game we love. You can expect to find interviews, player diaries, match previews and reviews.We are proud to be an associate member of the Football Supporters Association.
