Current• Responsible for the day to day on-boarding of new fund and sub-fund accounts for Westpac’s Fund Manager client base, ensuring that any new funds fit into Westpac’s internal credit policy. • Maintain and update Customer account plans ensuring that they are up to date and relevant for senior bankers.• Attend meetings with customers, and maintaining call or meeting records to present to all relevant internal stakeholders.• Working with internal stakeholders such as legal, KYC… Show more • Responsible for the day to day on-boarding of new fund and sub-fund accounts for Westpac’s Fund Manager client base, ensuring that any new funds fit into Westpac’s internal credit policy. • Maintain and update Customer account plans ensuring that they are up to date and relevant for senior bankers.• Attend meetings with customers, and maintaining call or meeting records to present to all relevant internal stakeholders.• Working with internal stakeholders such as legal, KYC, compliance, credit, front office and static data functions to ensure the smooth establishment of new funds and that accounts are set-up in a timely fashion.• Regular hygiene of the London Fund Managers client portfolio, ensuring that all client and static data is correct and up to date.• Providing assistance to credit analysts during Annual Client reviews, ensuring that any queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate fashion.• Working with the Global Derivatives Reform project team in providing guidance to clients on Dodd-Frank, EMIR, ASIC and other derivative reform initiatives for the London Fund Manager client base; including but not limited to, US Person status, EMIR delegated reporting requests, Trade Reconciliation and Post Trade Reporting.• Being the go to person for all queries to do with London funds clients. Dealing with ad hoc client, Relationship Manager, Credit or Front Office requests, and managing the delivery of these queries in a timely and efficient manner.• Developing, driving and enhancing key customer relationships in order improve the overall customer experience within Westpac. • Being a point person within the Fund Manager business space for any internal projects or process changes.
