• Overall responsibility for up to 250 contractors of behalf of Sports Direct Distribution• Annual turnover in excess of £3,000,000 generating c£3,000 gross profit per week • Payroll & addressing of issues/complaints • Check shift fulfilment against order • Update KPI’s & contractor capability assessment matrix • Performance reviews as well as organising recruitment, assessments & training schedules • Managing availability to ensure the best possible service is delivered
