Working at Deloitte I have been able to work in several different roles across multiple clients facilitating an environment conducive to fast learning and skill-building. The early stages of my career involved a large amount of risk mitigation for large-scale remediation programs allowing me to transition into a client delivery role focused on meeting strict ASIC requirements and deadlines. Ultimately, I excelled in process improvement, cost-benefit analysis, and resource realignment to achieve a high-quality result for the client. Additionally, I developed a risk and control matrix mitigating data breaches, supporting our clients data requirements. Currently, I am an assistant product manager working on Deloitte Cube, a machine learning product, where I am positioned to assist product integration, development, and enhancement. My team's purpose is to automate the functions of our clients' businesses to ultimately provide their customers with a better experience. In this role, I have learned to synthesise data to find innovative ways to enhance our service offering and ensure that we uphold a high quality when implementing and developing our product for clients.I have been developing the newer members of the team and their technical knowledge which created a more well rounded and capable team to alleviate any key person risk, whilst managing client requirements or requests and translating them into key deliverables in an agile workspace. I have worked across a large number of financial service companies as I help them to improve their business processes and automation capability.
