Responsible for managing the preparation and submission of Systems Tenders in response to client submission of Invitation To Tender. Tender Manager is responsible for:- developng the Tender Strategy, involving all relevant functions within the organisation up to and including Senior Management- obtaining Senior Management approval to submit a Tender.- Ensuring review of all ducumentation in the ITT, recording of all Exceptions, Clarifications and Qualifications (ECQ) raised and lead the subsequent interface meetings with client to resolve all ECQs- working closely with Sales during negotiation phase of Tender and during any pre-tender activity. - work with Commercial manager to develop accurate costs and pricing for Tender submission. - following contract award, manage handover to Project Execution team

Member of Senior management team for UK site.- Managing Sales and Engineering department of Two account managers; one service adminstrator; one project engineer and one draftsman.- Responsible to maintain and grow site sales of £23M- Preparation of Annual Operating plan and 5 year sales forecast. - Supporting key customers accounts in automotive and heavy industrial engines- All new product introduction to UK site

• Account management and technical liaison for vibration products at all Scandinavian and UK customers. Also damper testing on customer engines at all major customers in Europe and Korea.• Provided technical and sales support for Korean and Japanese JV partners, Leading technical presentations and product design discussions at Korean and Japanese OEMs resulting in: - direct sales for viscous damper product from UK to Japanese OEMs - 100% contract for Korean JV partner to supply licensed rubber damper product to major Korean OEM
