I have spent that last 3 years and 6 months working passionately within Nomad Digital ltd, during this time I have developed beyond my own expectations. I began my time as a Service Desk analyst; identifying faults across a global network. This required a lot of professional time management and prioritisation of incidents. Throughout my time as a service desk analyst I have learnt to use all the tools at my disposal to an effective and thorough job, completing each task I am set with the drive and passion my peers have come to expect of me. I have been required to communicate with customers on a 1st line basis over the phone, email and face to face.After nearly 2 years as an analyst I was recognised for my work ethic and technical ability I was promoted to the Nomad Change Coordinator with senior analyst responsibilities. This offered a whole new challenge to me which I took on with no hesitation to work with and guide my team, I have spent this time communicating with various teams around the globe and the companies’ customers directly in weekly meetings. I have worked hard to coordinate resources and management to complete tasks within a scheduled time as well as using my own technical abilities learnt over my time with Nomad to implement changes.As part of this new role I have also been required to carry out senior responsibilities, in which my technical ability paired, with my knowledge of the company, has led to members of the service desk to see me as a point of knowledge and give them the confidence to come to me directly when they need assistance. Through this I have been required to work regularly out of hours to aid my team during major incidents. The work has quickly become a passion for me and I have been lucky to build positive working relationships across the globe. I also use the passion and drive to motivate my team.I relish the opportunity to prove to myself and the team that I can lead them in a positive direction
